Research collaboration
This is our pride to be the one & only organization in Bangladesh which is involved in Research & Development of pesticides. We have R & D center named Mita Limited. We do research to analyze farmers’ need & demand, problems & solutions and research on latest & upgrade pesticides to give better solutions for our farmers.
Also we have collaborations with Patuakhali Science & Technology University and Brac R & D to conduct research on pesticides.
We have International collaboration with Qingdao Audis Chemical Co. Ltd., China.
The areas covered in our collaboration are as follows-
- AnMoUwas signed between Patuakhali Science & Technology University and Kohinoor Agro Chemicals.
- A Faculty member of PSTU provides full time consultation.
- Product Research & market research from PSTU Faculty members & their students from post graduation program.
- Talent hunt from fresh graduates & post graduates of PSTU to provide career opportunity in Kohinoor Agro Chemicals.
- Kohinoor Agro Chemicals provide agri inputs to conduct research & production in PSTU.
- To disseminate knowledge & technology to empower & support farmers community through this collaboration.
Manufacturing & distribution facilities
We have a full pledge 4 storied factory building for pesticides’ manufacturing. For distribution, we have 4 depots countrywide. To conduct smooth delivery, we have 2 delivery vans.

Development Activities
- We do conduct regular basis farmers meeting to disseminate proper knowledge on crop-pest management in different locations in different seasons.
- Also we do conduct Upazilla Agriculture Office meeting on a regular basis to inform & update them about our solutions for farmers.
- We do organize Annual Conference every year in Cox’s Bazar to get together, to evaluate last year’s performance & to plan for next year.

To provide instant & consistent solutions to the farmers, we have our own hotline service. Farmers can contact anytime @ +8801878056620 to consult about their problems during crop cultivation & can seek proper solution. We provide complete solution to the seeker by suggesting our products with their method of use & dosage.
